As any aficionado knows, the heart of a great pizza lies in its dough. And we take the utmost care in crafting ours, using techniques typically reserved for pizzerias.
Our dough is lovingly handcrafted in-house every day, with a crucial bulk fermentation process that imparts exceptional flavour while maintaining a light and airy texture when baked.
Our generously topped pizzas, ranging from 700g to more than 900g, are a testament to our dedication to providing you with the absolute best.
Toppings
At Take2Bake, we've chosen to take a different route to other stores by mostly avoiding raw vegetables on our pizzas. Why, you might ask? It's simple – it's all about delivering the finest quality end product.
Take, for instance, our treatment of mushrooms. They're typically thinly sliced and used raw on pizzas; and whilst this allows for rapid cooking, it can unfortunately result in discharged liquid contributing to a soggy base and mushrooms devoid of flavour. In contrast, we meticulously season and pre-cook our mushrooms to perfection. The result? Mouthwatering mushrooms infused with flavour and locked-in moisture that elevate every bite you take.
But our commitment to excellence doesn't stop there. We take pride in cooking our chicken, beef, lamb and pork in-house, giving us unparalleled control over the quality of our ingredients. This means tender, flavourful meat that truly shines on your pizza.
