Cooking Instructions & Storage

To help you bake your pizzas perfectly please follow the cooking instructions.

Baking for perfect results

Step 1
Heat oven to 250ºC or higher if possible, on either fan forced or rapid heat setting.
Step 2
Once hot, set oven to pizza or bake mode (not fan forced).
Step 3
Take out of box and remove plastic wrap.
Step 4
Bake in foil tray on pizza stone or oven rack for 6-8 minutes or until base is firm enough to remove the foil tray.
Step 5
Remove pizza from oven and lift off foil tray (may require a spatula to cut around the edge). Return pizza to oven directly onto oven rack or pizza stone, and bake until cooked, rotating as necessary to prevent burning. Cheese should be browning in spots when cooked.
Step 7
Allow pizza to cool a little before cutting and serving. If your pizza includes garnish or sauce (in small containers), this should be applied after cutting.

Storage

If not cooking within 1 hour of collection or delivery, refrigerate below 4ºC. Consume within 48 hours of purchase date.

Top Tips

Take pizza out of fridge 1 hour before cooking to allow base to rise.
For best results, cook on a pizza stone or steel. Allowing either to heat in the oven for at least 45 minutes so they are very hot. Their purpose is to transfer as much heat as possible into the pizza as quickly as possible, resulting in a crisp base without overcooking the top. Using a stone or steel may reduce cooking time.
