Storage
If not cooking within 1 hour of collection or delivery, refrigerate below 4ºC.
Consume within 48 hours of purchase date.
Top Tips
Take pizza out of fridge 1 hour before cooking to allow base to rise.
For best results, cook on a pizza stone or steel. Allowing either to heat in the oven for at least 45 minutes so they are very hot. Their purpose is to transfer as much heat as possible into the pizza as quickly as possible, resulting in a crisp base without overcooking the top. Using a stone or steel may reduce cooking time.
